Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategy projects, providing clear and compelling insights
Develop core brand positioning and messaging, translating them into communication and campaign plans
Conduct and facilitate strategy workshops internally and externally
Define brand and portfolio architecture/segmentation strategies
Unearth consumer insights and trends to inform brand strategies and agency thought leadership
Oversee internal and external research initiatives
Translate strategic frameworks into actionable creative briefs
Craft persuasive brand narratives and deliver impactful presentations
Collaborate effectively with Client Service and Creative teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Leverage agency brand-building tools while adapting to evolving industry needs
Foster strong partnerships with business leads and project stakeholders
Actively seek and provide mentorship opportunities within the team
Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
Oversee strategy resources for the agency
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic planning or consulting, preferably within an agency setting
Proficiency in brand positioning, messaging, marketing, communication, and campaign planning
Blend of creative and analytical thinking
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting abilities
Strong presence in boardroom settings
Collaborative, inquisitive, and data-driven mindset
Willingness to challenge conventional wisdom
Occasional travel may be required for client engagements (local and US)
